Terms of Service: Below, I outline my working methods and the process details. If you choose to commission a project with me, you automatically agree to the terms outlined here.

Commissions below $120.00 must be paid in full at the start of the process. Work will not begin until payment is confirmed.
For commissions over $120.00, 50% of the total amount will be charged upfront.
Urgent requests will be subject to an additional 35% fee, which may increase depending on the deadline.
The price may be adjusted according to the complexity or simplicity of the project.
Payment methods: Pix or PicPay
Payment must be made in cash only

After the sketch phase begins, only 50% of the paid amount is refundable, and the completed sketch will be delivered to the client. Commissions that have advanced beyond this stage are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, it is possible to cancel the commission, but the client will receive the work at the stage it is in at the time of cancellation.
A refund can also be issued if I have not yet started the commission.

Provide me with an estimated deadline from the start of the commission. Do not request extensions or deadline adjustments during the process — the deadline should be set right from the beginning!
Updates will follow this order: sketch, lineart, coloring, and finalization. If you would like a different type of update during the process, please let me know in advance.
Keep in mind that I am a human being with feelings and may occasionally face challenges that could cause delays in delivery.
Weekends are my leisure time.
The artwork will not be sent in maximum quality at the start; initially, it will be shared with a watermark and in reduced quality. The unwatermarked image will be sent after payment confirmation.
Significant changes, such as pose adjustments or hairstyle changes, should be requested during the sketch phase.

As an artist, I have the right to disclose my work on my social media and portfolio. If I do not exercise this right, I may be professionally harmed. However, if the publication of the artwork needs to be postponed, please inform me of the exact date on which I can share it.
Regarding the artwork, it is created by me and, therefore, remains my intellectual property. If the artwork is used for personal purposes only and not commercialized, no additional fee will be applied. However, if the artwork is used for commercial purposes, such as book covers or merchandise that will be resold, a 50% fee will be charged.
When posting the artwork on your social media, please remember to give proper credit to me.
